Lamb Popsicles using SpiceWorks All-in-One Butter Chicken Mix
You’ve heard about them, now prepare these savory appetizers at home quick & easy.
Use a full frenched Rack of Lamb, cut into 1 ½ inch chops
Preparation:
French the racks if not already done (i.e. remove & scrape the fat from the bones).
Cut the rack into 1 ½ inch chops (2-rib pieces)
Sprinkle the chops with SpiceWorks Chili Marinade (seasoning packet from the all-in-one package), and rub it in with a bit of oil.
Leave the marinated chops in the refrigerator for 2 to 4 hours.
Prepare the Butter Sauce in a saucepan as per the package directions.
In a pre-heated skillet, pour in the sauce mixture and heat till it thickens.
In a second very hot skillet sear the chops 1 ½ minutes per side (for medium rare).
Transfer the seared chops to a warmed plate.
Pour the sauce over the chops, and serve with your favorite vegetables.
Artichoke Dip Recipes using SpiceWorks Artichoke Dip Mix
Basic Artichoke Dip
Mix 2 Tsp of Artichoke Dip Mix with 1 cup Mayonnaise. Blend well.
Add 1 can (330ml) drained & chopped artichoke hearts. (use artichoke hearts in water, not oil)
Blend and chill several hours; serve with crackers, veggies, bread thins or nacho chips.
Artichoke Asiago Dip
Mix as above, then add 1/4 cup shredded asiago cheese.
Baked Spinach Dip
Mix as above, add 1/2 cup mozerella cheese and 3/4 cup drained chopped spinach.
Bake in oven, serve hot.
Mango Curry Dip Recipes using SpiceWorks Mango Curry Dip Mix
Basic Mango Curry Dip
Mix 2 Tbs of Mango Curry Dip Mix, 1/2 cup Mayonnaise and 1/2 cup sour cream.
Blend and chill several hours; serve with crackers, veggies, bread thins or nacho chips.
Mango Curry Seafood Dip
Mix 4 oz cream cheese, 1/2 cup sour cream, and 1 Tbs mayonnaise; blend till creamy.
Add 1 Tbs Mango Curry Dip mix (or more for more intense flavor).
Add 1 Tbs Mango Chutney, 1/2 diced red pepper & 1 chopped green onion. Mix.
Add 4 oz baby shrimps (cooked) and 4 oz imitation crab meat.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Serve with your favorite crackers.
