Original Package Instructions
Perfect Butter Chicken in under 10 minutes

For the marinade (small packet):  Cube 1 1/2 lbs of boneless & skinless chicken breast.  Sprinkle 1/2 of marinade packet over meat.  (more for extra heat).  Add 2 Tbs vegetable oil, mix to coat, set aside.
Remember, less marinade mix.........less hot!
For the Sauce:  Add main contents of package to 1 cup boiling water.  Simmer 1 minute, stirring.  Add 1 cup whipping cream OR  10% creamer.  Simmer a few more minutes.
In a skillet, stir fry the marinated meat till done.  Pour on the prepared sauce, and simmer till desired consistency.
Serve over basmati rice with naan bread.
Skinny Butter Chicken or Lactose Free Butter Chicken

A 'lighter' way to Butter Chicken
Skinny: Follow the directions on the package, but for a lower calorie sauce, instead of cream use a mixture of half plain yogurt and half water. 
Mix them well, then use it in place of whipping cream when making the sauce.  Remember to stir constantly when simmering so the sauce won't separate.  Hint:  For a smoother texture, add just 1 or 2 Tbs cream to sauce at the end. 
Lactose Free:  Simply substitute soy-based coffee creamer (e.g. "So Nice" brand); we've tested this, and it turns out great.
Alternatively, use canned coconut milk.
Serve with Basmati rice and Naan bread 
Lamb Popsicles

You’ve heard about them, now prepare these savory appetizers at home quick & easy.
Use a full frenched Rack of Lamb, cut into 1 ½ inch chops
French the racks if not already done (i.e. remove & scrape the fat from the bones).
 Cut the rack into 1 ½ inch chops (2-rib pieces)
 Sprinkle the chops with SpiceWorks Chili Marinade (the seasoning packet from the all-in-one package), and rub it in with a bit of oil.
 Leave the marinated chops in the refrigerator for 2 to 4 hours.
 Prepare the Butter Sauce in a saucepan as per the package directions.
 In a pre-heated skillet, pour in the sauce mixture and heat till it thickens.
 In a second very hot skillet sear the chops 1 ½ minutes per side (for medium rare).
 Transfer the seared chops to a warmed plate.
Pour the sauce over the chops, and serve with your favorite vegetables.
Paneer Butter Masala 
Shahi Paneer - delicious North Indian dish w/peppers - vegetarian!
Cut 1 lb. paneer (indian cheese) into sugar-cube sized pieces and place in a bowl. Add sliced red & green peppers, and sprinkle the marinade (the smaller packet in the mix package; use only 1/2 for medium hot) along with 2 to 3 Tbs vegetable oil. Mix to evenly coat them.
- Make the Butter Sauce as per the package recipe.
- In a skillet, stir fry the paneer/vegetables till cooked. Pour the prepared sauce into the skillet over the mixture, and simmer for a few minutes.
- Add frozen peas (optional). Sprinkle with cilantro.
Serve over basmati rice or with roti.
Chick peas & spinach 
This tasty and healthy dish is delicious over rice & naan or roti
In a saucepan, whisk the Butter Sauce Mix in 1 cup water till blended.
Whisking constantly, bring to boil over high heat.
Add 1 cup cream. (For skinny version, substitute 1/2 cup plain yogurt
mixed with 1/2 cup water, mixed well). Let simmer for 4 minutes.
Add 1/2 cup chopped frozen spinach to the sauce mix. Cook the
spinach in the sauce for 2 -3 minutes.
Add 1 can (540ml) drained & rinsed chick peas to the sauce. Cook
for further 5 minutes.
Enjoy over a bowl of basmati rice, topped with prepared Raita.
