Original Package Instructions
This traditional Greek marinade is ideal on chicken, lamb & pork.
For every 1 Tbs of dry marinade, add 1 Tbs water, 1 Tbs lemon juice and 1 Tbs light olive or vegetable oil.
Mix in small bowl, coat meat with the mixture.  Cover and allow to marinade in fridge for several hours or overnight.   BBQ or Bake.
(for an even coating, simply place the meat in a plastic zip-bag, pour in the prepared marinade, seal it, shake it up, and allow to marinade)

Greek Ribs
These slow-roasted DRY ribs are sure to be a hit

Prepare the marinade as per package instructions. Place racks of Baby Back Pork Ribs into a plastic bag, and pour in the marinade.  Allow it to marinade overnight in the fridge.
Place ribs on upper rack of pre-heated BBQ (or oven at 350F) and cook till tender (approx 30 minutes, or longer for fall-off-the-bone).  Place the cooked ribs an additional 5 or so minutes on direct heat on the BBQ for a drier and crispier rib (or broil in oven).
Great with pasta or rice, greek salad, greek potatoes, and garlic bread.

Chicken Souvlaki Kabobs
When you think Greek, think souvlaki skewers

Prepare the marinade as per package instructions.
Cube boneless/skinless chicken breast into 1" - 1 1/2" pieces.
Place into zip-bag, pour in the marinade, close and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
If using wooden skewers, soak in water so they won't burn.
Skewer the chicken pieces, then BBQ over medium-hi heat.

MAKE IT A MEAL!  serve with SpiceWorks Greek Salad mix and SpiceWorks Greek Tzatziki dip.  And of course, grilled pita bread.

Lamb Kabobs?  same as above, substitute chicken for lamb.  Delicious.
