Original Package Instructions
Complex blend of herbs & spices with tangy mango and a touch of curry.  Delicious with veggie sticks, crackers, or use as a baked potato topper!
Mix 2 Tbs of dip mix with 1/2 cup sour cream & 1/2 cup light mayo.
Blend well and refrigerate.
Serve Chilled.
Caribbean Chicken Wrap (Roti Wrap)
A delicious authentic Caribbean wrap with chicken  & potato filling.


Ingredients:  2 Diced Potatoes;  1/2 Chicken breast (cubed & sliced), cumin seeds, SpiceWorks Mango Curry Mix.
Heat 1 Tbs oil in a pan.  Add 1/2 tsp cumin seeds (optional), let them roast for about 1/2 minute.  Add diced potatoes and 1 Tbs of Mango Curry Mix.  Mix together and let simmer for 5 minutes (slight crust on bottom).  Add chicken, mix together, then add 2/3 cup water, mix while scraping bottom.  Add 1 more Tbs of Mango Curry Mix, let it come to boil, and simmer for 15 minutes.  Stir occasionally, adding more water (1/3 cup) if needed, for thick consistancy.
Warm up some soft tortillas, spoon mixture in middle, and fold to make a wrap.   Delicious.
Curried Potato Salad
Great flavor addition to traditional potato salad
2 lbs Yukon gold or red potatoes
2 boiled eggs, chopped
1 cup mayo, 1 cup sour cream
1 Tbs Mango Curry Dip Mix
2 stalks celery, diced (optional)
Boil potatoes in a large pot of salted water (approx 20 minutes)
Allow potatoes to cool. (optional-remove skin). Chop into chunks.
Mix 1 Tbs (or more for more intense "avor) Mango Curry Dip Mix with
1 cup mayo & 1 cup sour cream. Mix to combine.
Toss the potatoes with the mixture; lightly stir in the chopped eggs and
diced celery. Cover the bowl and chill for at least 3 hours before serving.
Garnish with chopped cilantro.
Mango Curry Seafood Dip 
Great seafood dip with exotic flavor...perfect for entertaining
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 Tbs mayonnaise
- 1 Tbs Mango Chutney
- 4 oz baby shrimps (cooked)
- 4 oz imitation crab meat
1 green onion (optional)
1/2 red pepper (optional)
1 Tbs SpiceWorks Mango Curry Dip Mix

Mix cream cheese, sour cream & mayonnaise till creamy.
Add 1 Tbs SpiceWorks Mango Curry Dip Mix (or more for more
intense flavor).
Add 1 Tbs Mango Chutney, 1/2 diced red pepper and chopped
green onion;  mix.
Add shredded crab meat & shrimps (more for stronger seafood flavor).
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours for flavors to blend.
Serve with you favorite crackers.
Baked Potato Topper
A tasty change from the 'sour cream' standard
Prepare the Mango Curry dip as per package directions.
Spoon into split hot Baked Potato.  Top with chopped green onion.
