Original Package Instructions
Smoky chipotle marinade with just the right amount of heat.  Perfect for chicken, pork & seafood.  Great Mexican flavor.
For each 1 Tbs marinade mix, add 1 Tbs vegetable oil.
Mix, coat meat, cover, and allow to marinade several hours or overnight in refrigerator.

Mexican Chipotle Chicken & Shrimp Fajita
Great tasting Mexican flavor.....add a green salad

Cut 1/2 boneless/skinless chicken breast into strips.
Coat with prepared marinade, & stir fry in oiled pan.
Cut 1/2 red & green pepper & Spanish onion into strips.
Add to pan.  Sprinkle another 1 Tbs dry chipotle marinade, stir fry till chicken is fully cooked.
Add 10 pre-cooked shrimp (21-25 size).  Stir.
Spoon mixture into warmed tortilla shell.
Top with salsa, cheese, sour cream & guacomole.
Makes 4 tortillas.
